SA-130為非晶矽薄膜與微晶矽薄膜堆疊而成的雙層結構薄膜太陽能電池(模組),尺寸大小仍維持寬1.1公尺、長1.4公尺,最大輸出電力將提昇至130W。光電轉換效率可達8.5%,不僅解決單層結構薄膜產品效率低的問題,也會改善其初期劣化快速的問題。此下一波的產品勢必為薄膜產品的應用帶來更多不同的機會。
SA-130 is a newly developed tandem structure photovoltaic cells which are combined with amorphous silicon and microcrystalline layers. With the same dimension as SA-100, SA-130 will raise its maximum power output to 130 watts. The conversion efficiency is increased to 8.5%. It resolves not only the drawback of low efficiency in thin-film modules, but also improves the initial degradation problems. Therefore, tandem products will surely help thin-film products to gain more market shares in different segments.
